| The Plan |
| As independent distributors for Forever Living Products, we help and support like-minded
people who wish to build a home-based business without affecting their current career.
We thus offer a secondary income but, in many cases, it overtakes the primary income
and people go full-time. The company pays each distributor a bonus based not just
on what they do but on what their team does as well. Thus the opportunity is the same
for everyone in the network. |
|
Unlike traditional businesses, there are several ways to generate income; the first
is a personal bonus on all products you buy from the company; the second is retail
profit on what you sell; the third is a team-leading bonus on your team's purchases
/ retail activity; the fourth is a royalty bonus (residual income); the fifth a car
plan; the sixth is profit sharing and finally there are free international trips and
travel which you can qualify for. This business model provides a flexible, low-risk,
low-investment business concept, which offers many unique advantages. It is highly
regulated and regarded by many business commentators as the 21st century business-of-the-future. |
The rapid growth of the industry has been driven by the distribution revolution. Distribution
costs are now making many products uncompetitive. Manufacturers are looking for alternative
ways to get their products to customers. Direct sales and in particular Network Marketing
is one such way. The industry is about team-building and communication, rather than
individuals selling boxes and boxes of products. |
In a traditional job, you are normally paid for the hours you work. In network marketing
the principle of time leverage is used. You are paid on the results that your entire
team achieves - in other words on the time that your team applies to their businesses.
For example, if you have a team of eleven other members (some of whom were introduced
by people you introduced e.g. Roy introduced by Flo) and everybody works 10 hours
each, you would be paid on the total time of 120 hours (in a traditional job, working
120 hours would be almost impossible). If one week you did not work your ten hours,
in a traditional job you would not receive any pay. Using time leverage, you would
receive payment on 110 hours. |
Distributors are not required to knock on doors or deliver leaflets. There is very
little start-up cost compared to conventional business and distributors do not have
to buy stock, just what they need at that time. The flexibility of the business makes
it suitable for busy people. Anyone can be successful given sufficient determination,
no matter what their current situation. |
